A passionate clinician turned visionary entrepreneur, Dr. Deepthi Nanigiri brings her patient-first mindset from the frontline of healthcare to the forefront of biopharma innovation. As a practicing dentist in the UK, she witnessed firsthand the life-changing power of breakthrough therapies — and the heartbreaking delays patients face in accessing them. Fueled by this experience, she co-founded VectorBlue with a bold mission: to accelerate access, empower scientific talent, and transform the CDMO model into one that’s faster, smarter, and deeply human-centered.
